Whisper to your character

Your character carries it as the voice that guides their fate, until it is done, made their own or (for a good reason) let go; by day they take a first step toward it, and each night (when they next sleep, which may be most of a day off) they answer it and set its next step. A concrete deed works best ("carry four wheat to the Blackthorn and tame a boar"); a great work, broken into steps: Whisper takes the place of what they carry, Then adds a step in line after it (up to four wait, each taken up when the last is set down: "add two beds to the inn", then "hire a guard"; ✕ on their card takes one back); the long way the whole people goes belongs in its course below. One whisper a minute per character (about four hours in the valley). Your people's players see it; other peoples do not.

Set your people a course

For a people you founded or your group joined: the long way it goes, for seasons, not one deed. Every member plans by it at night, told it comes from the voice that guides their fate, and their council or ruler sets the aims that carry it a step at a time. It stays until you (or another player of that people) send another. Say who they should become and what they want of the valley ("become the valley's smiths and weavers, so every people buys its iron and cloth from Bloodbriar and owes us for it", "bring the Wardens' road under our banner, by trade or by war"); a single deed like "raise the forge to level two" goes to one of them as a whisper. Your people's players see it; other peoples do not.

Ask Logos for something

Anything the world could have: an event (a storm, a plague, a caravan, a find), a new item, craft or building, a new thing people can do, or a rule that works differently. Logos reads every proposal after each session and builds one that fits, kind or cruel. Ten a day per group.
